While I can understand how overwhelming it is to get your first skateboard, do not forget to learn about all the important features that make a skateboard stand out. You might have noticed that most of the options mentioned above have 7 seven layers of Canadian maple wood. They are cross-laminated and stuck together with epoxy resin before allowing them to dry. After that, the boards are steam-pressed and cut into shape.
It is best to check if the material is pure maple wood or an alternative that is just as strong and sturdy. Stay away from plastic and cheap skateboards, which will not work for a long time.
Also, the width and the length have to be taken into consideration so that you can balance on the skateboard easily. I believe a width of 8 inches should work well for adults and kids alike.
