Each tool offers much greater power than the average tools on the market. For instance, the cordless drill driver consists of a motor with transmissions that can be regulated by two speeds.
While the slow-speed 440 ppm setting is ideal for driving screws and bolts, the second gear raises the speed to more than 1,600 RPM so that I could effortlessly drill into metal or wood. This also ensured that each hole I drilled was just as accurate as I wanted it to be.
The two 18 Volt batteries included provide immense power to any Ryobi One+ machine, and can be charged within less than an hour. In fact, they are much more efficient than the old NiCad batteries from One+ which are relatively heavier and less durable.
Speaking of the torque on offer, the P326 driver has a 1,600 inch-lbs torque that’s suitable for heavy-duty driving work. Likewise, the cordless drill comes with an impressive 4200 inch-pound torque.
As such, I could drill holes through any material with equal finesse and fasten the screws and bolts with great strength.
I was really glad to find that the set included both a reciprocating and a circular saw, since I could use them to meet different cutting needs for different projects.
The former is suitable for rough cutting jobs and can be a great demolition tool as well. Featuring two blades (one each for cutting metal and wood) it’s equipped with a tool-free blade exchange mechanism. Thus, I was relieved from the hassle of having to change the blades using additional tools.
The circular saw, on the other hand, comes with a line laser that activates automatically when it is being used and is ideal for accomplishing more accurate cutting jobs.
