The first product that I have for you is this faux grass rug carpet from the house of Petgrow. Although the brand name may tell you otherwise, the rug’s design makes it safe for both pets and children. What’s more, it blends with any color palette to amp up the decor.

For starters, I liked how the rug mimics fescues in its appearance and texture. To give you a little background about fescues, this grass type is a popular choice among homeowners looking to grow an economical, low-maintenance, and heat and drought-resistant lawn. So, brownie points for that!
Coming to the material, this rug is made from premium-quality polypropylene yarn, which is preferred for its high tensile strength and lightweight properties. As a result, it’s capable of tolerating the wear and tear of everyday use. Not only that, cleaning the rug won’t make you strain your muscles. Moreover, the 0.4-inch long grass-blades don’t become hazardous for your little ones.
One of my favorite features about this product is a couple of efficient drainage holes that help keep the rug dry. In fact, this is one of the main reasons why the rug’s maintenance doesn't take too much effort.

Featuring uniformly cut grass blades, this turf does well to replicate a piece of lawn anywhere in your residence. Besides, it keeps the dirt and mud away to cut down on your cleaning efforts.

The single biggest advantage of the Ottomanson Evergreen Artificial Turf is its price. If you’re on a tight budget and still looking to own a lawn (read artificial), then this product may well be your best bet. But that’s not the only reason why it features on my list.
For one, I loved the detailing on the rug, viz. its two layers that do wonders to render a realistic appearance and texture. While the topmost layer consists of green, straight-cut blades, the one below is predominantly brown with fine curly cut blades. And the bottom is a thick rubber that helps the rug lay flat on almost any surface.

Overall, this artificial turf punches well above its weight to deliver on its claims. For the affordable price tag, there’s hardly anything more that I could’ve asked for!
What Could’ve Been Better?
Unlike the Petgrow Synthetic Artificial Grass Turf, its grass strands don’t feel very soft, but they aren’t uncomfortable either. Also, it may take a little longer than usual for the fluffiness to disappear upon unpackaging the turf. But considering its price, I am not too mad about these little problems.
