Now, I don't consider myself particularly tech-savvy, but when I heard about these app-controlled motion sensor flood lights, I was intrigued. All I needed was to download the Ring app, and I was ready to customize every setting. In my opinion, this product is ideal for those who like to have control over their devices from a handy app on their phones.
Product Highlights
Unlike my previous recommendation, these motion sensor lights are battery-powered and shine 600 lumens of bright light. It comes with an excellent instruction manual on downloading the Ring app and setting up the device, integrating the settings and options seamlessly.
I must mention that you need to purchase a Ring Bridge along with this product. This will allow you to connect the smart lights with other Ring devices, such as doorbells and cameras. I think many young, tech-savvy people would be comfortable using this device, primarily because of how easy it is to integrate everything.
Moreover, the package comes with an included toolkit that enables easy installation within minutes. The wire-free design is another excellent feature that will prevent numerous accidents involving tripping over pesky wires.
Also, the product comes in two colors - black and white. I opted for the white ones, even though I know they may require more frequent cleaning.

For my next recommendation, I want to talk about the JJC LED Security Lights. These lights are not solar-powered, so you need to ensure that you have a junction box to ensure it works optimally. However, they are equipped with several fantastic features, which might make them some of the best outdoor flood lights on the market.

The JJC LED Security Lights feature two beautiful color options - black and white. I opted for the black ones as I wanted to match them with the rest of my decor and the flood lights I had already purchased. Moreover, I figured that black ones would be easier to clean and maintain in the long run.

App-based alerts give me the added security of discovering what caused the motion sensors to go off and at what time. Moreover, they can be conveniently integrated with other smart home devices, such as smart doorbells and smart cameras from the same company.
